When my boys were little I put chocolate sprinkles on their potatoes to get them to eat. Doesn’t seem to have done any damage! I’ve tagged you for the meme with two tails. Check out my post for instructions.

I’ll pass that tip on to my mother, Barbara! I was a terribly stubborn kid, though, and if I decided that I didn’t like something, then there was no way I’d even try it. I think Mum is still amazed at how much food has taken over my life since my early all-food-hating days!

Just checked out your blog and found your instructions on the meme. Sounds like fun! Must get thinking…

I knew it was only a matter of time before you gave in to the yummy spud!!! Now you will have to start experimenting… how about some of those small baby potatoes in a pesto & tomato salad? Is it too soon to move on to mashed spud with onion & wholegrain mustard? You have so much catching up to do!!

Hmm…I think we might have to take it slowly! As a friend pointed out to me, tinned potatoes are not really potatoes at all. Still, I ate and enjoyed them so maybe there’s hope for me yet. Now, mashed roast pumpkin – that’s another story! And I like your idea about the potato, tomato and pesto salad…
