Apologies for the loss in transmission for the last while. My hosting company decided to play silly buggers and, as we were in New Zealand on an in impromptu trip to surprise the Husband’s grandfather for his 80th birthday, it was a little difficult to sort out. Still, I’m back now and ready to start eating my way through 2008!

It was such a quick trip – and very much a last minute decision! – that we just decided to base ourselves in Nelson and concentrate on catching up with family there. Seeing as we never managed a meet up in NZ, I’ll have to come over and see you in Australia at some stage.
Four days a week in Urru is great – really good coffee, fab sandwiches and surrounded by food all day, it’s a complete break from the time spent freelancing from home!
I can’t believe I missed you in nZ.

Yay… You’re back!!!
Thanks Sarah! Have you made the trip down to Ballymaloe to check out the school yet?
Not yet, end of Feb and I’m looking forward to it. How’s your new job going? Did you find it difficult to get something after Ballymaloe?
