Caroline, very interesting reading about Anzac Day.Must make the Anzac biscuits. They sound yummy.
They are gorgeous, Renee, and so easy. I like to make a big batch and keep them in the tin in the kitchen so that I can take some to work to keep us going on busy mornings. Oats and coconut – what’s not to like?!
