    What would you serve alongside this, Caroline? I’ve just popped it in the slow cooker and it smells fantastic.

      It might be a bit late for dinner but we had it with lots of brown rice, extra yogurt and buttered cabbage. The girls often insist on a side of fried halloumi if we’re going for the veggie option!
